Privacy Notes & List OverviewHere at Moosefest.Com, we now have two separate and distinct email lists.  | The first mailing list, Moose Days News (moosedaysnews@yahoogroups.com), is a monthly to quarterly update of information regarding the upcoming Moose Days event to whet your appetite and keep you informed of what's being planned for the fans' enjoyment at Moose Days. This list was originally set up as a Listbot mailing list but was converted to a Yahoo Group in August of 2001 since the free Listbot services were going offline.
As Moose Days draws closer, and as more information becomes available, the updates pick up in frequency but you will receive no more than one update per week. This is not a "chat" email list - if you're looking for higher volume "chat" type email list, see Moose Days Forever which follows. If you submit a reply to one of the messages from Moose Days News, only me (Mike the Webmooster) will see your response, and that's perfectly fine if you have a question or need information or have information to be added to the next update. At most, there will probably be 15-20 messages per YEAR on this list.
| | The second mailing list, Moose Days Forever (moosedays2000@yahoogroups.com), originally began as a means of sharing ideas and plans for Moose Days. However, it quickly evolved into more of an NX-related fun chat email list. If you post a response to a message you receive on this list, everyone on the list will also see your response. If you want to send a private message to someone, be sure you change the recipient's address to their email instead of the group address. Fair warning - there's no way to know how many emails you'll receive on this list. Some days or weeks there may be no mail at all, other days, there may be 5-10 messages or more. It just depends how chatty everyone's feeling. |
